In accordance with Colorado statutes, we only offer raw milk in herd shares, which are bundled into our CSA Farm Share program. Our herd share program is currently FULL. 

We are thrilled to provide raw, unpasteurized cow’s milk from our miniature Jersey herd. We are 100% grass-fed and follow the American Grassfed Association standards, though we have not applied for certification.

We test our milk through the Colorado State University Veterinary Diagnostics Lab. Our most recent milk test showed that our milk is much cleaner than the regulated industry standards. 

We are currently milking two cows – both are A2/A2 and grass-fed. We are able to skim about 1 cup of cream from each half gallon of milk.
