Sourdough Starter

This regular bread flour-fed sourdough starter has proven itself over and over again. Easy to care for and feed, we have used it to make many sourdough loaves, biscuits, pancakes, crackers, pizza dough and more. It typically lives on our counter but gets put away in the fridge from time to time, especially while we travel. It is very active and will double easily once fed. The discard can be used to start another starter, or in a variety of recipes.
